We were very proud to help organise a memorial ride for our much loved Mule Peter Webber, who passed away in November 2021.  It was so lovely to see so many people out cycling and remembering Peter.

The ride was also to raise money for Help a Guernsey Child of which Peter was Chair for over 10 years and a charity he’d been involved in pretty much since the beginning 21 years ago.  Having raised £6,000 in donations from his funeral, the ride looks to have raised a similar amount which will fund a block built bike shed with 20 bikes and balance bikes at Delancey Park for Bright Beginnings to use to teach the children how to ride.  Bright Beginnings is an organisation that Peter loved and combined with his enjoyment of cycling will be a fitting tribute.
