An eventful but lovely day in the Loire as we moved on from Nantes to Angers.
Second of three birthdays – Stuart Perfitt celebrating today, realised he’s spent three of his last five birthdays on a Mule trip – he must love us!
Four trips to the bike shop in Ancenis to fix Stuart, Jim, Gareth and Colin’s bikes; a few punctures with a masterclass from Andy in how to fix them; lunch on the side of the river; bit of a hilly afternoon and the weather is definitely heating up!
Day two and you’ll be pleased to hear faffing has resumed!
