Mike went to the Cardiac Action Group day at Beau Sejour today to get checked out. Riggers advice was to ‘get on the bike’. Training for next June starts in earnest!!
Ray, Mike, Natalie and Marie Claire headed off to France this weekend to recee the route and check out the hotels we’re going to use next summer If I never see another map and Garmin it will be too soon……..
