First training ride of 2014
Well at least it’s stopped raining and blowing such a gale for our first training ride of 2014.
Mike passes the test – just!
Mike went to the Cardiac Action Group day at Beau Sejour today to get checked out. Riggers advice was to ‘get on the bike’. Training for next June starts in earnest!!
Recee to France – well someone has to do it!
